The GOATA recode is the process of developing the correct movement patterns to become a durable, fluid and pain free mover! The GOATA math is a singularity so it works whether you're a talented young athlete or someone who just wants to move better and age slower.

The patterns of loading and releasing energy are the same for running, throwing,  and swinging so no matter or sport or hobby you will make gains! These patterns also greatly help to reduce injury and wear and tear so you can do any activity safer and longer with less pain!

The recode is more than just an exercise regiment. It's a life style change! The way you sit/stand and move through space on the daily is more important than the exercises. The exercises help build the awareness you need to stay out of your "front chain" during the daily grind.

GOATA is counter to most other exercise or movement modalities such as Pilates, yoga, or crossfit. So  be ready to give up other training methods that are taking you in the wrong direction.

The first session includes assessment, learning some of basics of GOATA movement and some Electrons Plus bodywork. After that you can come as much as you want.  Many people are out of pain and moving in right direction after just a few sessions. 

​I offer 90 min and 60 min sessions. Most people end up booking 90 min sessions because it really allows time for movement and bodywork.

The results of the recode are really on you though. I'm asking for 15-60 mins a day for your workouts depending on goals and tolerance. The recode is real and its for everyBODY! Just be ready to do the work or wait to sign up.
